This is only a partial list of what was found in the Neverland search.
I emphasize that: a partial list.
I’ve summarized the official descriptions of these pieces of evidence,
hence the numerous elipses.

A few points of interest to note:

1. Contrary to the f’loons claims, a number of nudie male materials were found. Remember, this is just part of the list, it doesn’t include, for instance, some of the nude guy materials we already know about.

2. MJ had Macauley’s photo in his _bathroom_. Where a lot of his porn was found (plus some bottles of booze not included in this particular list). This, f’loons, is the bathroom used by the boys who spent time in MJ’s bedroom.

3. The cops retrieved a couple of bags containing, among other things, bloody bedsheets and nine pairs of men’s underwear from the *library area of the upstairs video/arcade room*!

4. This partial list goes far to illustrate how Neverland was _loaded_ with porn. They found it everywhere. Note that most of it was freely available to kids. Very little was locked up.

5. Check out the drug stuff. It’s well known that MJ has a substance abuse problem, and that he’s hooked on Xanax. Look at all the prescriptions found in other people’s names. Note that his bestest, most favorite DERMATOLOGIST buddy doctor – Dr. Arnold Klein – wrote a prescription for Xanax for MJ’s dear friend Frank Tyson, which was found in MJ’s possession. What’s a dermatologist doing writing a scrip for mood-altering drug?
Also note that a Las Vegas physician wrote two other scrips for Xanax, *neither* of which were in MJ’s name, but both of which were found in his possession.
And Dr. Klein wrote another prescription for another person whose given address was actually that of a television production company!
Plus the syringe. Plus the ‘unidentified substance’ which was sent off to the state lab for testing.
Plus the letter from MJ’s physician about detox programs.
Put it all together and what do you get?

4th of september update : I stumbled upon a blog post about MJ by a guy who well-researched the topic of MJ’s alleged child-molestation charges. He started off from a “he’s guilty” point of view, then he changed his mind :

I used to think he did it. Molest kids, I mean. You know the saying on smoke and fire, and where the former is?
But then a Jackson fan told me that one of the 2 accusing boys now admits to lying. It sounded like a hoax story, so I looked it up. It was a hoax- a factually incorrect little piece that even gets the names of Jordan and his father wrong, and has only old photos of him, claimed that Jordan Chandler recently admitted his father made him lie about Jackson. That hoax tale was, rightfully, not carried by any major media source.

But those same articles I googled to see if it’s a hoax, also contained other facts. Facts that made me look deeper.

As for the rest, you are proving my point in your post. You do have a sick mind.

Also, I never claimed that celebrities are better than normal people. Celebrities are the people in MJ’s social group. They are MJ’s friends and he had access to their children. I’m merely using them as an example to counter all people who ask “would you leave him with your kid?”. Thats a stupid question, because none of us KNOW, MJ, so how can we even consider leaving our kids with him.

The celebrities I mentioned all knew him and trusted their kids with him. Their kids grew and are still friendly with MJ and have denied that MJ molested them. So what is your point?

Sorry. However, I am right. This IS the explanation suggested by many people to explain why Macauley Culkin, Wade Robson, Bert Lewis, and many other kids deny their molestation at the hands of Michael Jackson. Randy J. Tarraborelli suggested that the police in 1993 thought maybe MJ had earned the lifelong loyalty of the boys he had sex with. Thats how far they went to explain the overwhelming denials of molestation.

Even one member of the jury at the end of the trial, said he thought MJ probably abused Gavin Arvizo and that he thought Gavin enjoyed being MJ’s plaything while it lasted. Thats how a sick mind would explain why Gavin seemed emotional on the stand when he talked about how MJ ignored him and didn’t return his phone calls and how MJ ‘broke his heart’. In contrast, Gavin seemed very calm and matter of fact when describing his alleged molestation. The media did not report this during the trial, but that was probably what killed the prosecution’s case the most. The boy’s emotions on the stand were confusing at best. The defense picked up on it immediately and suggested that maybe Gavin was angry because MJ no longer wanted to be ‘Daddy Michael’ and thats why he turned on him. The defenses argument makes the most sense. However, people with sick minds will suggest the alternative because they are so blinded in their witch hunt aagainst MJ. If MJ did have a close relationship with the boy and told him he loved him, why can’t their relationship be seen as a close friendship? Why does everything have to be sexual? Its a sign of the times where friends don’t hold hands anymore because they might be called gay. Men must be careful not to show too much affection to children even their own or their behavior might be seen as suspicious by someone with a dirty mind.

Also your knee jerk and hysterical reaction to my suggestion of children enjoying sex is very telling. First of all the term ‘children’ is sort of dubious. There is a big difference between a 5 year old and a 13 year old, EVERYONE knows this. Margo Jefferson gets it right in, ‘On Michael Jackson’ where she points out that Gavin and Jordie were a little too old to be considered sexually innocent. A thirteen year-old is really a TEENAGER, not a child. That was the age of both alleged victims. This is the big can of worms that neither the defense or prosecution wanted to go anywhere near. Its better for both sides for them to just talk about the victim as if he is a little boy.

You try to compare this to murder. Seriously? What planet are you on? The 1993 case was centered around a 13 YEAR OLD boy who continuously and willingly hopped into bed with MJ for many nights with his mother’s permission and at the beginning even his fahter’s consent. Originally, the boy claimed that MJ was just his friend and then later after pressure from DAD claimed MJ was his lover. MJ never kidnapped any small child from a playground, nor did he force himself on anybody. 2005 case is a lot weaker because theres no evidence MJ ever shared a bed with that boy. Boy denied it even in Bashir interview. According to witnesses boy and family usually slept in another room, not in MJ’s bed.

If these were 13 year old girls, people’s perception of the case would be a lot different.An example is the Polanski where the man ADMITTED to druging and raping the girl, yet some people suggest that the girl had something to do with it. Its because of Homophobia that MJ’s alleged victims continue to be infantilized. I am not saying that its okay for adults to have sex with 13 year olds, its obviously wrong, I am just pointing out how over the top and conditioned your response to my origninal post was.

I also believe Michael Jackson was molested as a child and warned his sister-in-law because of that. Had he wanted her kids, that would have been the last thing he would have done. He was utterly interested in sex, partly for the usual reasons (strengthened by a religious upbringing telling him sex was a sin), partly because he really didn’t understand it. Nothing of this is proof. Did the sheets contain blood, and did he have an explanation? One of the medications you mention was for his lupus. There is no doubt he had porn and he used too many drugs, but that is still no proof he was molesting children.

Time will tell, when they grow up and talk. Culkin has denied any wrong-doing.

This IS the explanation suggested by many people to explain why Macauley Culkin, Wade Robson, Bert Lewis, and many other kids deny their molestation at the hands of Michael Jackson. Randy J. You even tried to address it in my other post by suggesting that even if kids and their parents deny that molestation took place it doesn’t mean that there was no molestation. ok now i can see you are a biased supporter of MJ because you are confusing a “not guilty” verdict with a proof of innocence.
Many things can lead a court to conclude to non-guilt, but none of them has to do with the actions of the person being charged. It only means they found no way of incriminating him.
How can i explain that… the inexistence of proof isnt the proof of the inexistence.
Especially considering that a court room and a trial have limited resources to bring up proof.
Besides, there were tractations between MJ and his accusers.

Get a clue please. I can walk into a court room anytime and be found not guilty of things I do every day. I can also be found guilty of things i never did nor dreamt of doing. It just depends on circumstances and wouldnt prove in any way that i am innocent or guilty. It only tells that that particular court at that particular time has claimed that it found evidence or no evidence of my guilt. I said “claimed” on purpose, because courts are notorious for being mafia chambers (run by international banks) where crime and corruption are a business.

Prove it to me. Show me evidence that his house was loaded with porn in everyroom (your specific claim) and that he showed it to the children (the necessary leap you have to make in order for him to be liable). Show me evidence that he was the one calling kids over to sleep alone with him in his room. You fall short. Reality is much more nuanced than that. (I know you don’t get that impression from watching Nancy Grace and Bill O’reily.)
