This is only a partial list of what was found in the Neverland search.
I emphasize that: a partial list.
I’ve summarized the official descriptions of these pieces of evidence,
hence the numerous elipses.

A few points of interest to note:

1. Contrary to the f’loons claims, a number of nudie male materials were found. Remember, this is just part of the list, it doesn’t include, for instance, some of the nude guy materials we already know about.

2. MJ had Macauley’s photo in his _bathroom_. Where a lot of his porn was found (plus some bottles of booze not included in this particular list). This, f’loons, is the bathroom used by the boys who spent time in MJ’s bedroom.

3. The cops retrieved a couple of bags containing, among other things, bloody bedsheets and nine pairs of men’s underwear from the *library area of the upstairs video/arcade room*!

4. This partial list goes far to illustrate how Neverland was _loaded_ with porn. They found it everywhere. Note that most of it was freely available to kids. Very little was locked up.

5. Check out the drug stuff. It’s well known that MJ has a substance abuse problem, and that he’s hooked on Xanax. Look at all the prescriptions found in other people’s names. Note that his bestest, most favorite DERMATOLOGIST buddy doctor – Dr. Arnold Klein – wrote a prescription for Xanax for MJ’s dear friend Frank Tyson, which was found in MJ’s possession. What’s a dermatologist doing writing a scrip for mood-altering drug?
Also note that a Las Vegas physician wrote two other scrips for Xanax, *neither* of which were in MJ’s name, but both of which were found in his possession.
And Dr. Klein wrote another prescription for another person whose given address was actually that of a television production company!
Plus the syringe. Plus the ‘unidentified substance’ which was sent off to the state lab for testing.
Plus the letter from MJ’s physician about detox programs.
Put it all together and what do you get?

4th of september update : I stumbled upon a blog post about MJ by a guy who well-researched the topic of MJ’s alleged child-molestation charges. He started off from a “he’s guilty” point of view, then he changed his mind :

I used to think he did it. Molest kids, I mean. You know the saying on smoke and fire, and where the former is?
But then a Jackson fan told me that one of the 2 accusing boys now admits to lying. It sounded like a hoax story, so I looked it up. It was a hoax- a factually incorrect little piece that even gets the names of Jordan and his father wrong, and has only old photos of him, claimed that Jordan Chandler recently admitted his father made him lie about Jackson. That hoax tale was, rightfully, not carried by any major media source.

But those same articles I googled to see if it’s a hoax, also contained other facts. Facts that made me look deeper.

“In On Liberty, John Stuart Mill puts forth a famous liberty limiting principle that has come to be known as “the Harm Principle” (HP, henceforth). This principle is probably the most permissive of the liberty limiting principles. It says, in extended form:

“…the sole end for which mankind are warranted, individually or collectively, in interfering with the liberty of action of any of their number, is self-protection. That the only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilised community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others. His own good, either physical or moral, is not sufficient warrant. He cannot rightfully be compelled to do or forbear because it will be better for him to do so, because it will make him happier, because, in the opinion of others, to do so would be wise, or even right…The only part of the conduct of anyone, for which he is amenable to society, is that which concerns others. An important distinction: Self-regarding vs. other-regarding actions. Self regarding actions are those which affect only the agent himself. Other-regarding actions affect others.

Limitations: For the HP to apply, the agent in question must be an adult, fully in control of his or her faculties.

A true agent of an action is one who, with respect to that action, is: 1. Free (not coerced) 2. Voluntary (competent to choose) and 3. Informed (has sufficient information to choose)

Example: crossing an unsafe bridge.

But, aren’t others always affected? Perhaps, but in order for an action to be other-regarding, it must: 1. violate a distinct and assignable (specific) obligation; or 2. render the agent incapable of performing a specific duty to others. So, in sum, we may restrict an act by law if it violates someone’s rights. Otherwise, it may be punished at most by opinion.

Given Mill’s definition of an agent, three kinds of paternalistic laws might be justifiable. Namely, those which restrict acts involving:

1. Coercion (e.g., incest, minimum wage laws, usury) 2. Involuntariness (e.g., laws restricting addictive drugs, confinement of the mentally ill) 3. Ignorance (professional licensing, prescription drug laws, vaccinations)”
